This is an exciting opportunity to further develop and use your therapeutic knowledge and experience to deliver positive outcomes for our young people. This role will cover our homes across Northampton, Coventry and Nuneaton. You will provide a therapeutic service which is rooted in trauma and attachment informed models of care and is strongly led by a “brain-based” approach. You will be part of the clinical team providing strengths-based, needs and risk assessments, along with a PACE informed approach to provide clinical consultations and training to our therapeutic care staff.
