You'll report directly to the Regional HR Manager and will be responsible for providing comprehensive generalist HR support to line managers across the site. You'll work in partnership with operational leaders to deliver effective people management solutions and ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently. In line with business requirements, you may also be required to provide HR support across other sites or operational areas as needed.
