*MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB :* As Chef Manager of a small team you will be responsible for the provision of a high quality catering service to the guests, staff and visitors of Calvert Kielder. This is a hands on post and you will also be responsible for the ordering, preparation, cooking and service of food.
