INDEPENDENT LIVING ALTERNATIVES (ILA) has been working with Disabled people living independently in London for 35 years and provides a unique insight into disability rights by providing personal assistance to enable Disabled people to live independently. ILA provides both personal care and practical support to Disabled people as well as engaging in social activities and assisting in the workplace. You don’t need any experience, just an open mind and a willingness to learn plus wanting to actively empower a Disabled person to do what they want to do, when they want to do it. You will receive a minimum of £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay and pension contributions plus ample opportunity for overtime as and when you want it.
