We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join a well-established building services maintenance team working across London and the South East . The role will involve working across high-end residential developments and office buildings , carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical building systems. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone confident working independently in plant rooms and building services environments. Commercial Gas qualifications would be highly advantageous , as there is the opportunity to undertake commercial gas servicing and maintenance alongside the core M&E duties. However, these qualifications are not essential , and we welcome applications from experienced M&E Engineers without gas certifications.
