Willmott Dixon has an exciting opportunity for a full time Executive Assistant to work out of our Head office based in Letchworth Garden City. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, this role provides executive assistance and broader coordination across the People function, proactively anticipating requirements and supporting communication within the senior team, managing priorities, identifying challenges early and ensuring actions are followed through to completion. Willmott Dixon supports hybrid working and you will normally to be in the office 3 days week and work from home 2 days per week. Key responsibilities Provide executive support to the CPO, including proactive inbox management and drafting email responses, managing travel arrangements, timely diary coordination, proofing, meeting preparation, action tracking, drafting reports and producing presentations that may require external research.
