The Simulator Technician will be working as part of a small, on-base team at RAF Leeming performing set up activities and essential maintenance to maximize the availability of the Hawk training devices, in support of Joint Squadron aircrew training. They will undertake maintenance on the Full Mission Simulator, Avionic Part Task Trainer and Desk Top Training Devices, along with their associated sub systems. Core Activity Liaise with the QFI’s regarding device availability, scheduled maintenance and unscheduled fault resolution.
