Ocado in Hatfield seeks a senior HR/People leader to partner with the COO and Operations LT, shaping people strategies and delivering aligned plans across the business. You will drive talent, engagement and organisational design initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will collaborate with COEs and the Shared Service Centre to ensure high-quality HR services and strategic advisory to senior leadership, while embedding Ocado's culture and inclusion agenda across the client group.

This is a senior partnering role responsible for the relationship between the People function and the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the Operations Leadership Team (LT). The role leads the creation and delivery of people strategies that support current and emerging business objectives, aligning People products and plans with business strategy.
