About the role As a Boots Opticians Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group 2 stores across Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft to deliver an exemplary customer experience through supporting customers to find the optical products and services best suited to help them with their eye health. Leading a team based across multiple sites, you will have the opportunity to inspire, develop and empower your dedicated leaders to look after the day-to-day operation within your stores to deliver a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.
