*Job Summary* Castle Gardens Surgery is seeking an experienced, part time Acute Practitioner on a permanent basis to assess and manage patients requiring urgent, same-day care. This position is well-suited to an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner or a Paramedic. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate follow-up, as well as managing any results and referrals generated during consultations with the support of the GP’s. *Main duties of the job* The post holder will be responsible for delivering safe and effective care to the practice population.
