An ‘on the job’ training opportunity, learning the basics of Tenancy Administration whilst carrying out the role. As part of the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, provide consistently excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio. Salary: £26,000-£28,000 DOE Location: Feltham Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - office based full time Admin experience desirable, but not needed Key Responsibilities: Work closely with your Tenancy Administration team ensuring all properties are legal, safe and ready for occupation. Deliver a five star service to our landlords and tenants through the life cycle of a tenancy. Ensure check-ins and check-outs are booked. Remain up to date with relevant legislation.
