The Training Cell Team Leader reports to the Forward Maintenance Manager and is Responsible for designing and updating the toolsets that both identify training requirements and record completed training. The requirement of this role is to liaise and support maintenance personnel and managers at all levels to navigate and succeed in utilising all available media and training routes to be able to demonstrate compliance and competency. This role will lead the training cell providing confidence to the Part 145 manager that his personnel are competent and current to carry out maintenance tasks. The Training Instructor Supervisor Armaments is responsible for the supervision and delivery of both theoretical and practical training, relating to Typhoon Type, specialist and support training, and assessing trainee performance and evaluating the efficacy of the training system. Formal Training will occur within the Qatar Typhoon Training Facility (QTTF) augmented by mentored training within the operational environment.
