👥 About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults , and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity.
You'll be supporting individuals by:
Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
