You ll lead on reward strategy, pay frameworks, benchmarking and annual pay reviews, while also owning the pensions agenda end-to-end. Pensions management is a key part of this role, including governance, compliance and provider management, so experience in this area is essential. You ll also oversee benefits, financial wellbeing initiatives, gender pay gap reporting and reward analytics, partnering closely with Finance and senior leaders.
