They are seeking a proactive, insightful Employee Relations Specialist , who will act as trusted advisor and coach to managers across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Managing an ER caseload covering: performance, conduct, attendance, grievance, flexible working requests (approx 15 cases at any one time) Providing practical, legally sound advice to managers, to reduce organisational risk and support fair outcomes.
