Role Overview The Adult Specialist Rehabilitation (ASR) Division are seeking a highly experienced, resilient and motivated Assistant HR Business Partner to support our fast paced team. The successful candidate will be a key contact for operational managers, travelling across divisional sites to deliver proactive HR services and support organisational change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive HR support to operational managers within the ASR Division, supporting complex casework, sickness absence caseload and on site HR clinics.
