What you’ll be doing :
Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer on all aspects of platform management and integrated control systems at an operational level
Collaborating with internal engineering teams and external partners to integrate platform management software and digital diagnostic/monitoring systems into centralised control environments
Working closely with human factors and usability specialists to develop user interfaces and console solutions for central control areas and electronic damage management systems.
Leading stakeholder engagement in the development of warning/alert management solutions across the entire platform, including chairing workshops and reviewing technical documentation...
