Banbury CrossHealth Centre is a 42000 patient practice in the centre of Banbury. We providehigh quality care at scale whilst also being a warm and friendly place to work. High-qualitysupport is given to ensure plenty of time to focus on clinical work andprofessional development. Work plan: 12 x15-minute routine appointments per session. Locallyprovided Home Visiting service. Less than 1 visit per week typically. 6 weeks annualleave/1 week study leave pro rata Extra annualleave well-being day. Our surgeryhours are 08 30. In-houseeducational program. Alternating weekly clinical and GP meetings. No out of hoursor weekend commitments. Daily debriefover coffee for all clinicians. We are a trainingand research practice.
