We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented   Administrator   to support our vibrant  Thackrah Court   community in   Shadwell, Leeds . This role is central to delivering exceptional service and seamless support alongside our Registered Estate Manager.  Hourly Rate: £12.85 per hour  Hours: 15 hours per week,   permanent contract, Monday to Friday.  Key Responsibilities:  Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Estate Manager and team.  Invoicing & Financial Administration: Prepare, issue, and track invoices using accounting software; manage petty cash and ensure accurate financial records.  Rostering & Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with staffing requirements.  Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail....
