Job Title: Head of Threat & Risk – Security

Salary: £75,000 + depending on experience, with executive benefits
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the Sector wide Personal Security and Insider Risk initiatives across Air, to ensure we meet our strategic business aims and IPSA obligations to keep our business and people secure
Working in close collaboration with Group and Air Sector Line of Businesses, set and deliver the risk management plan across all Air sites in the UK and overseas, leveraging our data to enable effective and fit-for-purpose risk-led decision making across the Sector
Influence Strategic Business & Strategic Resilience outcomes through the provision of long-term horizon scanning/threat monitoring capabilities
