Location: Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 OTE Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Key Responsibilities Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion. Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/ monthly figures. Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track. Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations. Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller. Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties. Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
