Job Profile: Mortgage Advisor - Employed  - Romsey   PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Romsey based independant Estate Agency business that now wants to take Mortgage Advisory in-house .   The mortgage business will be set up as an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.   The business is a busy and productive Estate Agency business with some 20 - 30 sales per month.   The firm are now looking for a CAS experienced advisor to join the business on either an employed or self employed basis   Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £30,000 - £35,000 plus comms or a Self Employed package that can be discussed.    Average loan sizes are circa 300k meaning £60,000 + earnings and more are certainly possible    We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking...
