Job Title: Housing Support Worker Location: Based primarily in Brent, (Main office near the Civic Centre), you will provide support to Brent residents and participants in a variety of settings, including their homes, community locations, Brent Hubs, and libraries across the borough. Please be kindly aware although there is step free access at our base office, we cannot guarantee step free access in our outreach sites and participant homes.
