About the Role We're looking for a dynamic Head of Performance Marketing to lead our centralised paid acquisition function across multiple markets. In this role, you'll design and implement paid search and social strategies that drive commercial growth and deliver strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Your remit spans all paid digital channels, consulting across the full digital customer journey to ensure long-term profitability.
