The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving organic growth for BSL by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across HR Outsourcing, Training and Procurement Outsourcing services. The role will proactively develop relationships with existing and prospective customers, understand their business requirements and work with BSL’s operational functions to develop tailored solutions that address those requirements. The BD & Growth Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting BSL’s business development activities while ensuring the effective management of Growth operations, including bid management, CRM governance and business development reporting. The role will coordinate the Bid / No Bid and proposal process, maintain accurate and timely CRM and pipeline information, and produce regular and ad-hoc growth reports.
