Howdens is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join our Runcorn Manufacturing Site. With a £100 million investment driving the expansion and transformation of our Runcorn operation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a FTSE 100 business and make a real impact. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring targets are achieved across health and safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics.
