Description
Job title: Advanced Apprentice Pipefitter
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Starting from £18,667 with annual progression through the scheme duration.
What you’ll be doing:
Hands-On Experience: Manufacture and install pipe spools for various applications, including main engine fuel lines and drainage systems, both in a fabrication workshop and on-board ships.
Technical Proficiency: Receive comprehensive training in reading and interpreting engineering documentation, including Isometric drawings and technical specifications from the design team.
Collaborative Work Environment: Collaborate with Engineers and Welders to produce high-quality finished components, ensuring efficient and safe connection of pipes.
Safety and Equipment Training: Learn to operate equipment safely, gaining valuable experience in welding processes, specifically T.I.G welding.
