Job title: Business Support Apprentice
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Starting from £23,270 with annual progression through the scheme duration.
What you’ll b e doing:
Within the Business Support function, your goal is to support and enable the business across a range of environments where your contribution is pivotal to the success of the business. Activities range from:
Administration support for Programmes and Functions.
Update/maintain business systems.
Capture key business data/information for processing.
Personal Assistance to Senior Leadership Team within the business.
Diary management.
Booking travel/accommodation.
Co-ordination across the Ship Build facilities / Applied Shipbuilding Academy.
Enabling vast moves with people from different locations e.g. ship moves and associated personnel.
Ensuring smooth operation and bookings within the Academy....
