Amazon is looking to hire an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Global Realty team and play a critical role in driving the EU Customer Fulfillment network across UK & DE. This role will identify, undertake due diligence and secure sites for both “First and Middle” logistics facilities to provide flexibility and optionality for the current launch plan for both growth for Amazon Operations and future proofing the existing network. The candidate will also be responsible for the renewal of existing leasehold assets, involving strategic foresight on a 3–10-year period, providing real estate strategic advice to internal operational teams. It will involve partnership with other Amazon teams both within Global Realty, and outside, involving a strategic analysis of the existing network to determine the optimum real estate solutions.
