About the role Senior Legal Counsel, Employment at Centrica provides commercially focused, risk-based specialist employment advice to all UK and Ireland business units and group functions across the Centrica group. This position reports to the Head of Legal, Employment and supports a junior team member. Location Windsor office (twice weekly until December 2026) and Reading office (from December 2026) with flexible first working arrangements. Candidates must be comfortable commuting. Responsibilities Advise the Centrica People and Employee Relations teams on employment law across day to day matters, including complex grievances and disputes. Liaise with and manage external lawyers (UK and international) for high quality, cost efficient support for Employment Tribunal cases.
