The Workplace Incident Management (WIM) Team is searching for a WIM Investigator to join the team. In this role, you will oversee incident response for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region. This position is an individual contributor and will report to the Regional WIM Manager, EMEA Region. The WIM Investigator assess and manages workplace incidents involving persons exhibiting inappropriate, concerning, or threatening behavior. To accomplish this, the WIM Investigator will work with multi-disciplinary teams comprised of cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Human Resources, Employee Relations, Legal), and security partners (e.g., site security, intelligence analysts) to assess the behavior, investigate actions, and implement the appropriate protective measures to resolve the concern while appropriately supporting persons involved.
