Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Salary: £42,850 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
Incident and Request Management through our ITSM toolset Service Now
Teamcenter Account Management across a variety of Air platforms
Contribute to, and maintain a support knowledge base
Provide specialist advice on toolset usage to the userbase
Infrastructure Monitoring and trend analysis
Reporting on toolset data, and service statistics
Ongoing Professional Development on Aerospace toolsets
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Extensive knowledge of IT support and Siemens Teamcenter PLM toolsets
Understanding of IT Service Delivery, and a very proficient IT professional
Experience of a Design and/or Manufacturing environment
Excellent problem-solving skills...
