We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Circa £55k depending on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Build LLM capabilities services such as RAG Q&A, summarisation, document integration and tool integration Develop LLM-backed APIs (FastAPI) for LLM chatbot capabilities Implement retrieval worksflows (chunking, embeddings, grounded answering) Integrate with enterprise data sources, MinIO, Databricks, Postgres/PGVector, Azure AI Search etc . Improve response quality through evaluation and testing Deploy services in OpenShift and Azure via GitLab CI/CD Your skills and experiences Essential: Python backend engineering skill Experience of RAG implementation and LLM orchestration Knowledge of key tools such as FastAPI, Langchain/LangGraph, vLLM, AI Search, Hugging Face, Docling,...
