The primary role of the English Instructor is to deliver the English curriculum to the military students in accordance with all processes and policies at the QTI. The role will involve teaching, and supporting the creation, maintenance and delivery of the English programme to specific standards in the Foundation department. The role will involve engaging in regular feedback meetings with Senior Instructors, in support of continuous improvement of the instructor’s class and the department as a whole. Taking ownership of their class and leading by example, the instructor must demonstrate professionalism and flexibility.
