About this role We're looking for an experienced Software Engineering recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team and talented 'Tech Squad'. You'll be joining a team of 4 Tech Talent Acquisition Partners and you'll report into the Tech Talent Acquisition Lead for Capital One UK. What you'll do Support in the development of the hiring strategy for current and future talent across our Software Engineering business area which includes Services, Web, Data, Mobile and Software Testing. Source diverse talent for both immediate demand and future pipelining across both our London and Nottingham offices. Take detailed briefs from Hiring Managers on role requirements to enable you to source and screen quality candidates. Have informative conversations with potential candidates about life at Capital One and provide good insight into the role you're sourcing for.
