Data center development for AWS will be led by the Real Estate Development Manager (REDM). You will assume accountable ownership of the real estate development process — acting as Single Threaded Owner (STO) on behalf of DCSS — from exchange of contracts on Development Agreements and/or Acquisition Agreements until fulfilment of the contracted development obligations of both AWS and our developer partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are progressing collaboratively and effectively to deliver real estate facilitating capacity for our customers within scope, specification, programme, and budget.
