Job Profile: National Home Move have an exciting new career opportunity for a Property Manager on the Maintenance team based at the NHM Lettings management centre in Handforth.   National Home Move  are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. The role: This is an office-based role that will involve property managing our active lettings portfolio. You will help with processing all new applications received. Deal with day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and Clients, in a timely and professional manner In return we offer: Base salary circa £25,000 basic depending on experience. Commission opportunity to increase earnings to OTE circa £28,000. Full Time permanent contract. 5 day working week, Monday to Friday.
