About the Role The national Transaction Tax group comprises more than 40 specialists working on a broad range of acquisitions, disposals and restructuring projects for both private equity and corporate clients. As the team continues to grow, they are seeking a Director who can lead high value engagements, contribute to the team's strategic development and support ongoing national expansion.
