We are looking for dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Community Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team.
As a Community Support Worker, you will support adults to live fulfilling and more independent lives within their homes and communities. You'll provide practical, emotional and social support, helping each person to build confidence, develop life skills, maintain their wellbeing and work towards their individual goals. The role does not involve personal care or medication administration.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and where the support you provide can make a genuine difference to someone's quality of life.
