Onboarding Management
Proactively manage onboarding requests.
Engage with resourcing teams to identify upcoming new joiners and leavers.
Coordinate account request, setup, configuration, testing, and verification activities for new starters.
Work closely with support and technical teams to ensure account requests are appropriately prioritised and completed within agreed timescales.
