The AGE Electrical Supervisor reports to the Mechanical Workshop Controller and is an experienced and skilled supervisor, undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities in the AGE bay demonstrating the ability to derive diagnostic electronic techniques. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining airworthiness through appropriate task delegation and authorisation on the electrical/ electronic AGE activities, and will be able to demonstrate awareness of broader external dependencies and identifies areas for continuous improvement. The Quality & SHE Lead reports to the Training Standards Lead and is Responsible for Day to day management of all Maintenance SHE and internal Quality audit programme. Responsible for the establishment of SHE and Quality Systems across Maintenance in support of Operations. This role will conduct the day to day management of SHE and Quality Assurance Activities within all Maintenance areas. Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting the Maintenance Managers in managing the maintenance audit programme, including an annual review of previous findings.
