The Quality & SHE Lead reports to the Training Standards Lead and is Responsible for Day to day management of all Maintenance SHE and internal Quality audit programme. Responsible for the establishment of SHE and Quality Systems across Maintenance in support of Operations. This role will conduct the day to day management of SHE and Quality Assurance Activities within all Maintenance areas. The post holder will be an experienced and skilled Avionic Technician and Supervisor undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities on aircraft or aircraft components. The post holder requires an excellent understanding of the approved data set and is competent to supervise personnel carrying out maintenance instructions in accordance with the organisation’s regulatory framework. He is responsible for tasking of work & supervision of personnel/people management. Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets at a tactical level.  Demonstrates people management and leadership skills.
