The Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident Experienced Maintenance Administrator to support and coordinate the day-to-day administrative function within one of our Property Services teams. This role is suited to someone with strong social housing maintenance experience who can take ownership of job flow, support operational delivery, and act as a key point of contact between operatives, clients, and residents.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the administration of responsive and planned maintenance works
Booking, scheduling, and monitoring repair and maintenance jobs from start to completion
