Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on residential construction and renovation sites.
Plan and organize daily and weekly construction activities according to project schedules.
Assign work to carpenters, drywall installers, painters, labourers, and other construction workers.
Monitor employees' work to ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and material requirements.
Inspect completed and ongoing work to identify deficiencies and ensure proper workmanship.
Ensure construction materials, tools, and equipment are available when required.
Monitor project progress and report delays, issues, and additional requirements to management.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, labour hours, and site activities.
