Milton Keynes College is seeking a Workplace Trainer with strong multi-skilled construction expertise to join our Apprenticeship Construction team. As a Workplace Trainer: Construction, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment to Property Maintenance Operative (PMO) apprentices both in college and within the workplace. You will support apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the apprenticeship standard and prepare them for successful completion of their programme.
Alongside training delivery, you will help ensure our practical learning environments run effectively, supporting workshop readiness, maintaining equipment and resources, coordinating materials and stock, and contributing to apprentices' End-Point Assessment (EPA)...
