Join BAE Systems Naval Ships team for a one week work experience placement and earn a Silver Industrial Cadet Award. Our work experience placements will take place Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 3.30pm for pupils aged 16-18 and will take place at our Scotstoun site. Students will learn about BAE Systems’ business, apprenticeship programmes and also spend time in a workshop environment taking part in hands on activities and creating a project. The week finishes with group presentations during which the participants share the knowledge they have gained.
The aim of the placement is for students to develop their skills and experience through face to face sessions and activities devised and delivered by our apprentices and engineers.
