About the Role: As a CBRE Contract Support Coordinator, you will provide basic customer service and administrative support to a small to medium Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. What You'll Do: Respond to client inquires and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly. Act as a financial and operational systems client resource. Generate reports on open and closed work orders and check status with the appropriate technician or vendor. Maintain files on work orders, proposals, and department files.
