Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver extra works projects across client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company standards. Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA's in accordance with KPI & Output measurements. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of additional works outside of core FM services. Prepare and submit quotations for extra works, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
