Admin & Customer Care Operative Salary: £24,863.00 per annum Location: SS5 4JH Job Type: Full Time - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Role Summary This role will sup port STS watch service centre to achieve the company's strategy, to provide customers with both help and advice. To process the items sent to STS in a professional and timely manner. This role will require the successful candidate to have or develop a professional manner when dealing with customers by telephone, in person or email, to be able to enter data with attention to detail, to handle items with care, and follow procedures. A knowledge of Microsoft office applications is advantageous but not essential. Being a team orientated individual will be essential. Full support and training will be given.
