About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our domiciliary/ home care team for South West London and West London.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them to live independently and with dignity. You will travel door-to-door within the community to deliver high-quality care to our clients, providing a positive impact on their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with medication management and monitoring.
• Support with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and personal safety.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Document and report changes in the client's condition.
• Travel between client homes within the community to deliver care according to the daily schedule.

Essential Requirements:

• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in healthcare is essential (training provided).
• Must be able to travel within the local area on a daily basis, and hold a valid UK driver’s license (or access to reliable transport).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
